Responsibilities:
- Actively search for and engage potential clients through LinkedIn, industry conferences, networking events, and cold outreach.
- Develop and present tailored business proposals that address client needs.
- Lead negotiations, close deals, and maintain long-term relationships with key clients.
- Analyze market trends and competitors to enhance our company’s offerings.
Required Skills:
- 2+ years of experience as a Business Development Manager or in a similar B2B sales role.
- Proven ability to develop business proposals and acquire clients in the B2B sector.
- Understanding of agency models, outstaffing, and outsourcing (preferably in tech or related fields).
- Proficiency in client acquisition tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce).
- English proficiency at an Upper-Intermediate level.
Nice to Have:
- Strong market and competitor analysis skills (experience with tools like SimilarWeb, SEMrush, or similar).
