We are looking for a Business Development Manager with a strong ownership mindset – someone who takes initiative, is comfortable building processes from the ground up, and is driven to achieve results.

Responsibilities:

  • Actively search for and engage potential clients through LinkedIn, industry conferences, networking events, and cold outreach.
  • Develop and present tailored business proposals that address client needs.
  • Lead negotiations, close deals, and maintain long-term relationships with key clients.
  • Analyse market trends and competitors to enhance our company’s offerings.
  • Drive the project independently, with a full sense of ownership and initiative.

Required Skills:

  • 2+ years of experience as a Business Development Manager or in a similar B2B sales role, preferably within SEO or digital marketing agencies.
  • Proven ability to develop business proposals and acquire clients in the B2B and EU markets.
  • Understanding agency models, outstaffing, and outsourcing (preferably in tech or related fields).
  • Proficiency in client acquisition tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator and CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce).
  • English proficiency at an Upper-Intermediate level.

Nice to Have:

  • Strong market and competitor analysis skills (experience with tools like SimilarWeb, SEMrush, or similar).
  • A well-established network of contacts in digital industries.
